Automigo is a Service operated by SPUR MAINTENANCE PVT. LTD. Company (registered under Section 7 of the companies act 2013) is focused & dedicated on proving innovative vehicle management solution.

The Terms & Conditions are applicable for Customers/users & Vendors who want to use Automigo services, application & website or other related software.

Definitions:

We”or ”Us” or “Our” shall mean Automigo services.

You” or “Your(s)” or “Customers” or “Users” shall mean any legal person who has agreed to use the services by Automigo.

"Service Provider" or "Service Center" or "Vendor" shall mean the entity that is listed on the website for providing various services within its potential as per the needs of the customer.

"Service(s)" shall mean any and all kinds of vehicle repair services listed and provided through the website and the app including but not limited to motorbike services and also the information provided by us on the website or the app regarding the various service providers.

"Vehicle" refers to Cars, Motorbikes, Scooters and Mopeds with a valid registration ID, registered under the Motor Vehicles act 1988.

"Account" shall mean the account created by/for the customer on the website or the app to avail the services.

"Order" shall mean the request for a service placed by the customer through the website or through the app on a particular date.

"Service Executive", "Executive", "Ground Staff" shall mean the person from Automigo, that will be assigned to the particular order to carry out the particular order from picking up of the vehicle until the delivery of the vehicle.

"Job Card" shall mean a digitized document that will be filled on the app (Automigo executive app) by the service executive at the customer's pickup location at the time of picking up of the vehicle for servicing.

To avail Automigo services, customers need to accept these terms & conditions, register with our platform and provide genuine and complete information which are requested. Tems& conditions are as follows.

  • The services are meant for vehicle maintenance so customers need to register their vehicles with correct information. We reserve the rights to remove the incorrect or wrong information without any prior intimation (notice) and detain the user for further clarification.
  • Automigo shall provide 30 day warranty to the work we had done for the customer. If any problem occurs with the work carried out by us during this stipulated period, we shall be responsible for the same.
  • Automigo services are not permitted for customers who are under 18 years of age & customer vehicles which are unregistered, uninsured or with illegal connections.
  • If any changes are to be done in information provided by customer, it is recommended to be updated in the Automigo application/website promptly to get better services.
  • During registration stage in Automigo application/website, customers are expected to provide valid contact mobile number. OTP (one time password) shall be generated by our servers shall be sent via SMS on customer provided mobile number to ensure that no malpractices are being carried out. We recommend customers to delete the OTP SMS after the confirmation of mobile number.
  • Registration & locating nearby service centers along with their details can be availed free of cost; however we reserve rights to change this policy whenever required by us due to any reason.
  • Customers shall avail Automigo services only when there is a real need for their vehicles to be serviced, maintained, repaired or washed. If we are not satisfied with genuineness of the request or the information provided, we have rights to reject the service requested by the customer.
  • Automotive experts & consultations can be availed depending on customer needs.
  • Executive sent to customer premises for Driver requests, Washing & Pick up & drop facility shall be genuinely verified by us and their ID details shall be shared with customers also.
  • Customers can avail pick up & drop facility for their vehicles. Executive shall come & pick up your vehicle at customer premises. After the requested services & works are completed on the vehicle, our executive shall drop the vehicle at customer required location within the same city. Customers can also avail Drivers for their vehicles. These services are applicable only when the customer vehicle has valid insurance. We will not be providing any monetary compensation if any unexpected accidents or theft happen while pick up, drop or driver services. The vehicle insurance can be claimed in such cases.
  • We may provide estimated price details for the service requested. It may vary based on additional inputs provided by customers or vendors later after availing the services by customer. Customers can pay online through our payment gateways or by cash on delivery. Payment choices shall be purely based on vendor or customer choice.
  • Payment shall be initiated after the completion of services requested. Only Indian National Rupees shall be accepted if cash on delivery has opted as the payment method by customer.
  • If we are not satisfied with credibility of customer or genuineness of transaction (example: use of fake currency), we will have rights to reject the payment received & take necessary actions.
  • Customers shall use valid credit/debit card or internet banking information. Make sure that sufficient amount is loaded in the cards or bank account before initiating online payment through our payment gateway. We shall not store any customer banking or credit/debit card passwords; however our payment provider may save customer credit/debit card number with consent to reduce time during future payments by the customer. Payment platform will be well encrypted & processed by trusted payment provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or interest claims resulting from non processing or delay of transaction which are liable at the end of bank whose payment services which customers are using.
  • We shall not be liable or responsible for the performance or quality of works done any vendors whom customer has approached directly.
  • We may suspend or cancel any of the customer registration and/or terminate the access to Automigo services if customer is found breaching these terms & conditions or made improper/ illegal use of our services.
  • You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing. Please refer contact us page on our website www.automigo.in for further details.
  • You agree that information contained in any section of Automigo application are intended to be indicative only and will not form the basis of breaching the contract between you and any vendors listed on our platforms. If you instruct a service center to carry out any additional works directly, we strongly recommend that you have written agreement with them clearly for works to be carried out and price to be paid. Automigo team shall not take any responsibility in such cases.
  • We are dedicated to constantly improve our services offered to the customers; hence we reserve the rights to make changes to any part of our services or add new services at our own discretion without any prior notice to the customer. You shall not make any negative, denigrating or derogatory statements/comments in any public blogs about us, Automigo brand name or Domain name used by us or actions that may tarnish our image or reputation.
  • We reserve the rights to add, change or remove any portions of terms & conditions at any point of time with our own discretion without any prior notice to customer. It’s your responsibility to review these terms & conditions updates periodically.

Your continued use of Automigo application & services following the posting of updates in terms & conditions will mean that you accept & agree to the revisions.
